NOTIFICATION
ON UPDATING ADDRESS INFORMATION OF TAXPAYERS WITHIN THE NEW ADMINISTRATIVE AREA AND THE TAX AUTHORITY DIRECTLY MANAGING THE TAXPAYERS

Pursuant to Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15 dated June 12, 2025, of the National Assembly on the rearrangement of provincial administrative divisions;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 76/2025/UBTVQH15 dated April 14, 2025, of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the rearrangement of administrative divisions in 2025;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 1676/NQ-UBTVQH15 issued on June 16, 2025, by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the rearrangement of commune-level administrative divisions of Phu Tho province in 2025;
Pursuant to the plan for updating and standardizing taxpayer information of the tax sector according to the two-level local government model;
The Sub-Department of Taxation of Region VIII (Vinh Phuc province) hereby informs the following:
The tax authority has updated the taxpayer's address information in the tax sector's database system according to the new administrative area classification (provincial and commune levels), tax authorities directly managing taxpayers listed in the attached Appendix.
The change of the taxpayer's address according to the new administrative area classification does not require the taxpayer to adjust the information on the Business Registration Certificate. Therefore, this notice serves as a basis for taxpayers give explanation to relevant authorities or to customers in cases where the address on the invoice is the address updated by the tax authority according to the new administrative area classification, but the information on the Business Registration Certificate still shows the address according to the old administrative area classification. If the taxpayer needs to update the Business Registration Certificate, please follow the procedures prescribed by the business registration authority.
